I am a valuable, worthy child of God. I am forgiven. I am free. I am righteous, redeemed and restored. I am the temple of the Holy Spirit. I am God’s masterpiece. And I am here on purpose, for a purpose.
However, I haven’t always believed those things. I had been a believer in Jesus for 15 years before I finally surrendered my will and my life over to His daily care. Ever since, I have been on a crash course with His assigned plan for me, and it’s the most exciting ride of my life.
I am a recovering codependent, and the wife of a recovering addict. I am a woman whose marriage was destroyed by sin, then put back together by God’s power.
I am a lover of God’s Word. I love to teach women what God is teaching me as we journey along in this life, together. I love to speak and to write and to drink coffee.
I believe every day is a gift. I believe gratitude is required for healing. I believe freedom is only found through Jesus. I believe finding that freedom starts with knowing, believing and then living like we are all God says we are.
I believe God can heal even the most broken among us. As I was once so very broken. And I tell my story to anyone who will listen, because it’s His story–and He deserves the glory.
